(CBS)-  Most Americans using the governments healthcare plan rate their insurance as excellent or good, overall. That's according to a new survey by the Kaiser Family Foundation.  But 43 percent said they're having difficulty paying their monthly premiums. Coverage from employers gets much better ratings than the new health law plans.

(CNN)- Harley-Davidson unveiled its first electric motorcycle Thursday.  The electric Harley known as "Project Livewire" isn't for sale yet.  The company kicks off a promotional, nationwide tour next week in Manhattan to give customers a chance for a test drive.  The company says it will incorporate consumer feedback into the final version.  Harley's chief marketing officer insists the bike maintains the signature sound of the gas-guzzling original.  No word yet on when it will go on sale or how much it will cost.
