Update: AMBER ALERT discontinued for missing 13-year-old Cuero,Texas girl

 UPDATE: CUERO (KYTX) - The Amber Alert issued Friday morning for a missing 13-year-old Cuero, TX. girl has been discontinued after she was found safe shortly after 12 noon .


Texas Department of Public Safety reports Phoebe Nichole Hughes was abducted around 5 a.m. Friday from Cuero in DeWitt County.

Phoebe, is described has 5'4, 150 lbs, brown eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans Capri, and has a scar on her left leg.

The suspect in the abduction is 34-year-old Eric Castillo. He has tattoos on his left ankle, back, chest, left arm,left leg,neck,right ankle,right arm,right leg, upper left leg, and upper arm..

He was driving a 2010 black Chevrolet Camero, TX. License # BX8B009.

There is a Marine Corp Sticker on the back windshield of the car.

Hughes is expected to be in grave danger, according to missingkids.com.
