Queen City shooter was found dead.

QUEEN CITY, ARK. (KTBS) - Update: Leon Minniefield, 56 found decreased in his car of a self inflicted gun shot wound at Piney Point Lake after a local fisherman called Cobb County Sheriff's Department.

On June 24, 2014 at approximately 10:57 p.m. Queen City Police Department was dispatched to a residence in Queen City where a shooting had occurred. Upon arrival the Department found that there were two shooting victims at the scene. One of the victims was deceased and the other was taken by helicopter to a Texarkana Hospital. The deceased is Marshantha Frank 27 years of age. The other victims name is not being released at this time to protect her privacy and safety.

The suspect in this case will be Leon Minniefield 56 years old. He may be driving a tan or gold colored Lincoln Continental with paper plates at this time the exact year model is not known, however it is not a newer model. We would ask if the public sees this person to contact law enforcement immediately.
