Former Harker Heights High Football Player Killed In Crash

 Eighteen year old Joseph Alaniz was killed in a single vehicle crash near Marble Falls around 3:00am in Burnet county Tuesday morning.
The crash was a one vehicle rollover on FM 1431 - 15 miles from Marble Falls
Police say the 2007 Mazda 3 swerved to miss a deer, fishtailed and rolled over.

The car was driven by 18 year old Brandon Cook.  He was taken to Seton Round Rock in stable condition.

Vanastha Fraser, 19 years old of Harker Heights was taken to Seton Round Rock in stable condition.

Drequan Meyers, 19 years old, was was transported to Seton in Round Rock in stable condition.

Edgar's Funeral Home in Marble Falls is handling the arrangements.
