EAST TEXAS (KYTX) - Good Wednesday morning!
A weak cool front will sag into the Red River valley today. As it moves south, clouds will increase across East Texas this morning, with an increased likelihood of scattered showers & thunderstorms along and north of I-20 this afternoon/evening. The mercury should climb to 94 today.. up to 96 on Thursday.
Sunshine and dry weather is expected through the middle part of next week. A typical July weather pattern is setting up across the region with mainly dry and hot conditions as a bubble of high pressure expands from the west. Expect highs to range from 95-98 Friday through Sunday.
