Business News: Amazon firing up to test drone delivery

(CBS)- Amazon is moving forward with its plan to deliver packages via drones.  The E-commerce company has asked the Federal Aviation Administration for permission to use drones.  The devices are currently banned for most commercial uses.  Amazon is hoping the FAA will make an exemption, so it can test the air-delivery idea in the United States.

(CBS)- Imagine being able to take your wide screen TV, roll it up and put it in the car to take anywhere you go.  Consumer electronics company, LG, has announced a new flexible panel that can make that possible.  The new panel uses thin-film-liquid crystal displays.  The Korean based company also showed off an 18 inch transparent screen.  No word on the price just yet.
