A Lufkin resident is behind bars after authorities arrested him for dealing K2 from a home near an elementary school.

Tips and complaints from residents led authorities to launch an investigation on Robert Criswell, 34. A search warrant at his home located at 205 Hummingbird Lane found 15 ounces of K2, less than an ounce of marijuana, assorted drug paraphernilia, cash and .380 pistol with a magazine.

The home is just two blocks from Brookhollow Elementary campus.

Criswell is in the Angelina County Jail charged with delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon. His bond is set at $53,000.
