Police arrested a man they say was using information from gas pump skimming to purchase stolen merchandise.

Yoslays Garcia Torres, of Houston, was detained at the Walmart Supercenter at 5050 Troup Highway Wednesday. An investigation revealed numerous gift cards in his possession, believed to be purchased with stolen credit card information.

Investigators linked some of the stolen credit card information to Tyler victims and believe Torres got the information from gas pump skimmers.
