LONGVIEW, Texas — Six people have been displaced following a Tuesday morning house fire in Longview.
According to the Longview Fire Department, crews responded to the blaze at 209 Young Street, around 4:30 a.m.
Officials reported flames coming out of the front and side of the home. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.
Several family pets were killed in the fire. Not other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and The American Red Cross ied to assist with the occupants who were displaced.
