TYLER, Texas — The City of Tyler Water Utilities has reopened all public boat ramps on Lake Tyler and Lake Tyler East.
The city shut down the ramps on Wednesday after waster levels reached an elevation of 376 feet and continued to rise. The spillway elevation is at 375.5 feet.
The city says levels have receded allowing the ramps to reopen.
