At CBS19, we believe in putting East Texas kids first!
That's why we've partnered with Urban American Outdoors to host the second annual FREE Urban Kids Fishing Derby.
Join us Saturday, April 27, from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Woldert Park, located at 701 W. 32nd St. in Tyler.
Space is limited to the first 150 kids, ages 15 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend you bring your own fishing rod, bucket or stringer, lawn chair and bait. We will provide a loaner fishing rod for those families in need (first-come, first-served — limited fishing rods available).
There will be giveaways, prizes, food and above all...FUN!
