ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas — A Hudson Independent School District student was hospitalized after a school bus was involved in a crash Wednesday morning.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. on Farm-to-Market Road 706, near Porter Road.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a Hudson ISD school bus had stopped on FM 706 to allow a student to board. DPS says a pickup driven by David Snyder, 57, then hit the back of bus.
One student who on the bus was taken to a nearby hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
