SMITH COUNTY — Larry Matthews, a 46-year-old Arp man, was indicted by the Smith County Grand Jury for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child.
According to the county records, Matthews committed the offense in February 2018.
His bond is set at $1,000,000.
