Aaron Miller, a 25-year-old Nacogdoches man is behind bars after burglarizing an office building Friday morning on the 2100 block of Highway 21.

After receiving a suspicious person call, police responded to the scene and found a vehicle parked in the driveway that looked like it was not supposed to be there.

Deputies soon began to search the area and found Miller hiding in the bushes.

Law enforcement officials then conducted a pat down search of Miller and discovered he was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

The deputies felt that other criminal activity may have taken place, due to Miller's extremely nervous behavior. They began questioning Miller as to what he was doing near the office building.

Miller then confessed to the officers that he had burglarized the building.

After continuing the investigation, deputies searched Miller's vehicle and found him to be in possession of stolen property from the building.

The property was recovered and later returned to the rightful owner.

Miller is now charged with Burglary of a Building, State Jail Felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff's deputies have also discovered evidence of someone else being with Miller at the time of the burglary.
