TYLER — A popular downtown coffee house and cafe announced it is for sale on Friday.
Strada Caffé, which opened in 2016 at the corner of East Front Street and South Fannin Avenue, announced the move in an email on Friday. The cafe will be listed with Patterson Commercial Property Group.
The email said the owners are looking to move on to new projects.
"As the team that helped bring Strada to our beautiful city and thriving downtown, we have always wanted to let you know what is going on," the company said in its announcement. "Now that Strada is established we are looking to move on to new projects."
Strada will remain open as the property and the business are offered for sale as a package.
It was founded by former managers of the popular Caffé Tazza, and currently owned by Invest in Tyler.
