Julia Rose Thompson dance and sang with Rick Springfield during his Thursday show at the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
Springfield pulled Thompson, a sixth-grader at Bishop Thomas K. Gorman, on stage during the concert.
In the nearly two-minute experience, Thompson danced on stage and sang the words “don’t talk to strangers” with Springfield and the crowd.
He then gave her a kiss on the cheek and led her off stage.
