OFFICIALS: 3 arrested after exposing children to meth at Henderson County home

HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — The Henderson County Sheriff's Office arrested three people after receiving information children were possibly being exposed to drugs at a home outside of Murchison.

On Saturday, officials responded to a home on County Road 3508 in reference to information pertaining to juveniles being "in danger" at the residence.

When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered adults and children at the home. A search of the residence turned up methamphetamine, according to the HCSO.

Child Protective Services was contacted and came to the residence to assist with the investigation. 

As a results, Austen Hunold, Ashley Culmo and John Smith were all arrested for possession of a controlled substance and endangering a child.

They were booked into the Henderson County Jail where they now wait arraignment.
