UPDATE: TITUS CO. (KYTX) – A fourth suspect wanted for a recent kidnapping and murder in Titus County was arrested Thursday, and charged with murder and aggravated kidnapping.
28-year-old Octavious Lamar Rymes was taken into custody by Pittsburg Police, and transported to the Titus County Jail.
Three other suspects are jailed in connection to the kidnapping and murder.
Titus County Chief Deputy John Livingston tells CBS 19, that 25-year-old Jonathan Kyle Sanford, 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ponse, and 25-year-old Samantha Nicole Wohlford are jailed on aggravated kidnapping and murder charges.
The murder victim, Earnest Lee Ibarra Jr. is the husband of Whohlford. His body was found in Camp County.
The circumstances involving the case are not being released at this time.
The incident occurred on Friday morning, February 21, 2015, and the arrest were made late Friday and early Monday according to Chief Livingston.
