TYLER, Texas — A Tyler man has been taken into custody for the possession of child pornography.
According to Smith County judicial records, the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Johnny Gilstrap, Jr., 28, on Tuesday.
He was booked into the Smith County Jail around 2:15 p.m. on $80,000 bond.
