HALLSVILLE- Last year, the Hallsville football team won just one game all season. This year, the Bobcats are recharged and motivated to have a great season.
"The thing about the team this year is that they're very confident in what they're doing," stated second year head coach Joe Drennon. "They're excited about what we're doing and they've put in a lot of time, so I'm hoping it's going to pay off for us this football season." Quarterback Semaj Boyd added, "Mostly everybody has been contributing, coming up here every single day working hard, working as a team and having fun."
Hallsville opens their season August 24th at Pleasant Grove.
