A two-vehicle wreck killed a teen and injured four others late Wednesday night.

A preliminary crash report indicates that around 7:30 Wednesday night, a 16-year-old driving a Pathfinder was headed east on Van Zandt County Road 2801, missed a stop sign at Van Zandt County Road 2802 and hit another car driven by 52-year-old Frances Brasher of Mabank.

The impact caused the Pathfinder to roll, ejecting all three occupants. The 16-year-old died at the scene. Two passengers, a 16-year-old and a 14-year-old, were taken to a hospital and are in stable condition.

Brasher and her passenger were also injured and taken to a hospital, and are in stable condition.
