UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation will begin replacing the culverts at the intersection of Almond Road and Highway 80 between Big Sandy and Gladewater.
According to the Upshur County Road and Bridge Department, work is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 9.
TxDOT says the intersection will be closed for about 1 to 2 weeks.
