TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is responding to a pin-in crash near Rice Elementary.
The crash happened on Rice Road and Old Bullard Road at about 4:30 p.m.
The crash is about half a block across from Rice Elementary School. Drivers should use caution when driving through the area.
