The muggy and toasty weather pattern we are heading into will continue to stay locked in over East Texas for the next 7 days. Our next best chance for rain stays out of the forecast until Monday.
For tomorrow expect to see partly cloudy skies and very muggy conditions, with a 20% chance of rain. Temps will get into the upper 90s by the afternoon with "Feels Like" temps reaching the low 100s. Tomorrow night will be partly cloudy, with lows that are expected to be in the upper 70s. This will continue to be the case for the next few nights due to the high dew points. Partly cloudy skies and mid to upper 90s will persist from now through the weekend, with at least a small chance for rain each day. Rain chances reach 20% for Friday and Saturday, 30% Sunday, and 40% on Monday as a cold front approaches the region. Rain chances will linger into Tuesday, but that front will provide some much needed relief to the humidity. Temps will only fall to the low 90s for the midweek next week.
Try to stay cool over this next very humid week East Texas!
