LONGVIEW, Texas — Utility truck has shut down traffic in Longview in the 600 block of South Green St. between Nelson and Mopac.
According to the Longview Police Department, the utility truck struck the railroad overpass causing damage.
Officials are asking the public to use an alternative route around this area.
