Report: North Korea launches short-range missiles

North Korea launched three short-range guided missiles into the sea off the Korean Peninsula's east coast Saturday, South Korea's semi-official news agency Yonhap cited the South Korean Defense Ministry as saying.

The ministry said it had detected two launches in the morning, followed by another in the afternoon, Yonhap reported.

Jacksonville sets Stage for 100 jobs

A new distribution center is expected to bring as many as 100 jobs to Jacksonville in its first year, a board member with the Jacksonville Economic Development Corp. said.

Board member Barry Hughes said local Stage Stores Inc. intends to purchase or lease a facility at North Bolton Street and U.S. Highway 69, which would be used as a new distribution center. The property is the former Astro Air facilities.
