Patrick Johnson, J-Star Ministries seeking donations for victims of Oklahoma tornado

Johnson plans to make his way to Oklahoma to deliver the supplies Thursday, May 2.

SULPHUR, Oklahoma — An East Texas man known for answering the call when others need help is asking for donations as he heads to Oklahoma.

Patrick Johnson, with J-Star Ministries, Inc., is looking to purchase disaster relief supplies for the community of Sulphur, Oklahoma, after the area was impacted by a destructive tornado. 

Items sought include:

  • Water
  • Gatorade
  • Snacks
  • Chips
  • Granola bars
  • Peanut butter
  • Crackers
  • Non-perishable food items
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Tarps
  • Gloves
  • Trash bags
  • First aid kits
  • Baby diapers and wipes

Johnson plans to make his way to Oklahoma to deliver the supplies Thursday, May 2.
