DALLAS — The Dallas Cowboys own seven picks in the 2024 NFL Draft, with no fourth round pick and an extra seventh rounder from the Las Vegas Raiders.
Dallas finished last season 12-5 before losing to the Green Bay Packers in the wild card round, thus positioning them toward the back end of the draft. The NFL Draft will kickoff Thursday, April 25 and go through Saturday, April 27. Every round of the NFL Draft will be aired on WFAA. The first round will start at 7 p.m. with the College GameDay crew: Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and Nick Saban. Pete Thamel will be providing the latest news and information, as well.
There are 257 total picks in the draft.

Last year, the Dallas Cowboys selected defensive tackle Mazi Smith from Michigan with the No. 26 overall pick. Dallas doubled up on the Big Blue by selecting fellow Michigan man, tight end Luke Schoonmaker, in the second round. Texas linebacker DeMarvion Overshown was the Cowboys' third round pick, but had a season-ending ACL injury before the 2023 season started. He looks to return and make an impact for the first time in his pro career in 2024.
Dallas' top draft needs lie in the offensive line after losing left tackle Tyron Smith and center Tyler Biadasz in free agency, as well as the running back position.
