NACOGDOCHES, Texas — Police have identified the man killed in a Nacogdoches two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon.
Police say around 2:20 p.m., Timothy Embargo, 23, of Nacogdoches, was driving west in the 3700 block of N.E. Stallings Dr. in a passenger vehicle when he crossed over into the eastbound lanes and hit a commercial truck.
The driver and passenger in the commercial truck were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Embargo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
