CBS19 WEATHER: Clearing skies after stormy weather

Check out the latest forecast from the CBS19 Weather Experts.

TYLER, Texas — Good morning East Texas,

A large storm system pushed through the Piney Woods yesterday evening, bringing gusty winds, hail and several tornado warnings.  CBS19 received reports of downed trees, hail and damaging lighting.  As of this morning, the National Weather Service has not yet confirmed any tornado reports in East Texas.  More information will likely be available later today.

If you have photos from yesterday's storms, please send them to our email weather@cbs19.tv.

Here's your forecast:

TODAY:

A few of us may wake up with rain on our windshields, but most of the stormy weather has passed.  But still drive carefully on the roadways, because there could still be flooding in low lying areas.  Also. expect areas of dense fog out to the west.  There is a dense fog advisory in place until 9 A.M. for parts of East Texas.  Clouds will float over the Piney Woods this morning, but rays of sun will peak through later this afternoon.  That will take temperatures to the low 80s today.

TOMORROW:

Partly cloudy skies are back in the forecast tomorrow.  Expect lots of humidity but no rain.  Temperatures will start in the 60s and climb to the mid 80s tomorrow afternoon with light breezes.
