LONGVIEW (KYTX) - A one vehicle accident that claimed the life of a child,and seriously injured another remains under investigation by Longview Police.
When officers arrived on the scene they were told the driver of a 2007 maroon Buick Lacrosse driven by Adam Ross Bryant, 30 of Longview, was traveling westbound when he lost control of his car and crashed into a guardrail.
Bryant was not injured in the crash. The passengers in his car, Bryant's children, 4-year-old Evan Ross Bryant, and 6-year-old Sadie Bryant were both transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center.
4-year-old Evan Ross died at the hospital a short time later. Sadie was later transported to a Dallas hospital where she remains in serious condition.
The fatal wreck happened Saturday October 12, at 2:48 p.m.
