GRAND SALINE, Texas — Patrick Rowe, who was charged with sexual assault of a child and the online solicitation of a minor Monday night, has been terminated from his position as fire captain at the Grand Saline Fire Department.
A statement was issued from the fire department on Jan. 13 regarding the arrest saying that the department has met the situation and addressed that Rowe is no longer working with the city in any capacity.
An arrest warrant was issued for Rowe on Jan. 9 where he was was taken into custody later that day and held at the Van Zandt County Detention Center.
Grand Saline PD said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
