SMITH COUNTY, Texas — A man has died after hitting a hog crossing the road in Smith County, officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety have said.
Aaron T. Lee, 24, of Winona, was driving a 2008 Lexus on the northbound side of FM-757 when he hit the hog, losing control of the vehicle.
The Lexus went off the roadway, striking a tree. Lee was transported to UT Health East Texas - Tyler, where he later died.
