As she continues to cross special experiences off her bucket list, her community is adding more.
Surrounded by family, friends and some special Disney characters - Lucy and her family felt like they were at the happiest place on earth - thanks to the Lindale community that loves Lucy so much.
"It's just incredible to me it's very moving we're just so grateful that so many people love her and support her and want to be there to celebrate her and her life," says Lucy's mom, Teri Heller
Lucy's aunt, Katie Brown says every day is about celebrating the now, celebrating special moments and most importantly Lucy.
Although, Lucy cannot speak, she expressed her joy and excitement with a smile, all dressed in white, as her dad Ed Heller walked his little girl down the isle to her coronation.
