NACOGDOCHES COUNTY — A man is dead after a crashing his truck into the Angelina River Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened at about 12:30 p.m. along State Highway 21.
According to DPS, Joshua Dillard, 36, was driving his Ford pickup west along State Highway 21. Troopers say the truck drove off the road and into the water.
Dillard was recovered from the water and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
