TYLER, Texas — Next Step Community Solutions is partnering with beFree Yoga Tyler to host Sunset Rooftop Yoga on Friday, May 10.
The free event will be held on the top level of the Fair Plaza Parking Garage in downtown Tyler from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
“Whether you’ve practiced yoga your whole life or this is your first experience, everyone is welcome to join us as connect and find peace under the open sky,” Elise Carter, owner of beFree Yoga Tyler said. “We come together to discover a deep sense of connection, relaxation, and the boundless potential that lies within each of us.”
Carter will lead a yoga session followed by beFree instructor Colleen Long leading a meditative sound bath. All ages and experiences levels are welcome at this event.
“We believe deeply in the power of the community coming together,” Joseph Byrum, director of prevention at Next Step Community Solutions said. “These free opportunities to bring everyone together serve as a reminder of the strength we find in unity and wellness. We invite everyone to come out and learn about the resources available right here in our community.”
