TYLER, Texas — The City of Tyler's Park and Recreation Department is advising people to steer clear of the Rose Rudman Park area.
In a Facebook post, the department said that some parks and trail systems were significantly impacted by the recent storms.
"We recommend steering clear of these areas for safety," the post said.
