RUSK, Texas — Rusk Rural Water Supply Co. has rescinded the partial water boil notice that was given on April 23.
The water system took the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water and the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of Friday, April 26.
On Tuesday, the water company, located in Rusk, placed the notice due to a problem at the plant. The affected areas included: Highway 110, Highway 84, Earl Street, Wilcox Addition and FM 768.
